This Privacy Policy explains how HandlyNotes ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the website handlynotes.com (the "Site") and its text‑to‑handwriting converter (the "Tool"). We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us.

The most important point first: the converter runs entirely inside your web browser. The text you type or paste is turned into a handwritten image or PDF on your own device. We do not receive it, store it, or send it to any server. Closing the tab discards it.

What we collect

Content you convert (not collected)

The text you enter into the Tool, and the PNG or PDF pages it produces, are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript and the HTML canvas. This content is never transmitted to us or to any third party. There is no account, no upload, and no sign‑in.

Information you send us directly

If you email us (for example at contact@handlynotes.com), we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your email address and the contents of your message — so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising services we use may automatically record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the Site secure and running and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and — where advertising is shown — to support ad delivery. We take reasonable technical measures (including HTTPS across the Site) to protect information, though no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

The Site is operated from India and can be accessed globally. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in countries whose data‑protection laws differ from those where you live.
